Upper Cabinet Replacement

Kitchen Cabinet Replacement

The lower cabinet in this kitchen looked good, but the upper cabinets were making the kitchen feel a bit dated.

We worked with our cabinet supplier to  come up with the best upper cabinet layout. Instead of a bulky corner cabinet, we choose to make the cabinets go from wall to wall, giving a clean line and not adding bulk. The taller cabinets that go almost to the ceiling add visual height to the room making it feel bigger.

The shiplap and brick backsplash adds a feel of modern farmhouse that the owners were looking for.

If you’re looking for an affordable way to update your kitchen, replacing the upper cabinets can be a great option!

Thanks to Gannon & Co. we were able to continue the kitchen process re-do! It’s been piece-by-piece for awhile, basically just painting what we had. The wasted space above the cabs drove me crazy … how to decorate, dust collector, just gross. Also wanted to get rid of the monster microwave that seemed to be the focus of the room.
Here’s the final! Tim of Gannon & Co. (Follow him on IG) measured and had cabs built that are simply stunning. Modernized our 1887 kitchen yet blends perfectly with the items we kept.
We were even able to find some salvaged shiplap in my stash in the barn.
